New Cascadia Traditional = Best Gluten Free Bakery

Let those who can eat gluten spend their time in Portland waiting in line at Voodoo Doughnuts. (Hint: I've done that too... the doughnuts ART NOT worth it.) As for me, I'm heading across the river to New Cascadia.
Yummy eats in Montauk
Unfortunately, being gluten free, I couldn't get a lobster roll. I did cheat a bit and got fried shrimp, a favorite since I was a kid. (I paid for the breading later.)

This sounds like my wife and me at a restaurant. I’m allergic to gluten; she is sensitive to it. She had lactose intolerance; I seem to be developing the same. She’ll only eat grass-fed beef. We both search for organic ingredients. Low sodium is desirable. We both are trying to lose weight.
We are apparently getting old.

Purchased gluten free Tate's Bake Shop cookies in Oakland, flew to Paris and Riga, snack on the drive to Tallinn, finished in Moscow. Alas empty now at The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow.
